Nissan dealerships near me (Hampton, GA)

Horrible communication from an online standpoint. I’m 2+ hours away and tried to get someone to talk to me for 4 days and all I got was generic email after generic email. Car finally sold on day 5 so I purchased a new car the next day. Def lost a sell.

They lied to me and said,They work with all credit types and I told them my score over the phone and I was told they have a program for me,Also I wouldn’t need a down payment but then they asked me for a co-signer,They Lie to customers

Nice dealership and friendly staff

Lied to about dealer fees and initial posted price. I had to finance to get the posted price and that process took almost 2 hours. I would never recommend this dealership.

It wouldve been great but the communication was off and the honesty wasnt there the car had interest in had a recall on it i guess why the pricing was at a good rate but dont know if its the same price as of now . But i mentioned about the recall on it and if it can be fixed before further purchase but never got a response or a yes .. im a passive person only if you are working with me on making things right especially if im purchasing something from you but right now i don't know anymore ..

This was a great overall experience. I decided not to trade in my 2015 Leaf, since the trade in was valued at only $500, but yesterday I just transferred that title over to a needy family with lots of kids whose van was needing constant repairs. Darrin was very easy to communicate with, and a much better experience than I had at another Nissan dealer in Stone Mtn that wanted to play "guessing game" with me for the pricing. Their loss! I love my new S+, and am amazed how little power it consumes for in-town driving. Thanks for being the best option for my replacement vehicle.

I called he said the car was available I asked could I come see it he said he would call back never heard from him again

Dealer sold vehicle to an employee the day before my appointment then did not let me know this when they called to confirm my appointment the following morning
