Had a good experience in the beginning, had the car checked out by a mechanic and found out about an expensive 40,000 mile service that hadn’t been done on this 47,000 mile car. Went in to point out this flaw and make an offer, ended up dealing with a manager who talked over us, was unreasonable and didn’t want to hear none of it. At one point we were told “that’s Audi, the maintenance comes with the car”.

Jason the only sales person I saw was hard to work with. No i see why those people didn’t get this truck. Original he told me he sold it and then 2 days later it’s available like crazy but now I know why. This truck has a bad suspension and other mayor flaws. Also his help with finical was so bad they were giving me a quote 50 dollars more a month and they would have made 50 bucks extra off me each month. The paper quote he gave me it was a scam trying to take another 2.5k out of me by the end of 7 years without counting already interest. My interest was around 4k from bank but if I would have gone with him I would have paid 6.5k. Honestly I got all the proof and I wouldn’t do business here. Telling me that oh it’s a hot car and so many people want it but it’s been there for more than 2 months. I told Them du to the bad suspension and deep scratch 700 dollars out the door price he said no and I left and made me feel bad for not getting it 1/10 never come here

Very poor experience I do not recommend they added warranties and oil changes without my approval to make cost go up by thousands when asked Financing manager why he said he’s not making a lot of money of this deal very shady steer clear of them. I’m sure they done this practice to many others who didn’t notice or were stuck after they signed the contract.
