I reached out to Serra VW in March 2026 to inquire about a vehicle I saw on CarGuru’s. I was bounced around a few times, initially told the dealers price on CarGuru’s would be honored, and then told that had been a mistake and the vehicle now required specialized packages and didn’t have any discounts. I was just trying to buy a car at the price I saw and walked away feeling like I had upset them by even inquiring.

I would recommend this business to anyone. Easy peasy from start to finish!

Gave inaccurate pricing. Offered more than it’s posted price by 10k Only offered 10k for my car to trade in and it’s valued at 14,500

Didn’t seem to want to help me. Gave short answers and told me I’d have to put $4,000 down on a used truck which is absurd as everyone else at most asked for $1,000 down.
