I feel that I was lied to by both the sales man and the sales manager. I don't believe the Acadia was for sale, as I went up to test drive it. And was told that is was not able to drive and they can't get involved in other salesman transactions or be involved. Which makes me believe the vehicle was used as a ploy to get me in. I was also told that they would hold it for me till the next day.. here is the text. Hey Mike. I just spoke with my manager and we have a way to hold the vehicle for you until you get your check. We will need you to come and sign your paperwork that way we can take the vehicle off-line for sale. Whenever you receive your check, you can bring us the money and then you can take the vehicle home. Then over night I got an email stating the the car I was interested in was no longer available.

Jordan, the sales agent I was to meet up with at the dealership was busy with another customer and was thoughtful enough to get another agent to take care of me right away. Scott was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was very clean and inviting. The car I purchased was detailed and full of gas before they released it to me.
