The staff was very helpful, they prepped the vehicle well.

Didn't really help much, they were dishonest about what they could do with my car felt like they just wanted to run my credit & tell me to kick rocks not to mention whoever examined my car left my passenger seat soaking wet & their energy drink spilled all over my floor & inside side door

It was refreshing to find a dealership that wanted to actually make a sale instead of make nothing but profit. If a dealership won't put any effort into selling the vehicle before I step foot in the building, I'm instantly gone. I spent weeks looking for the right EV and a majority of used EVs seem to be swooped up by small private dealerships who endlessly advertise a lower price that isn't true. An insane amount of additions are added when you arrive. I was shopping remotely so I didn't want to fly halfway across the country to only get stuck with additions. Kyle Grimes (salesman) and Mike Richards (finance mgr) were a breath of fresh air when it comes to remote vehicle shopping. They treated me like I was in the building and wrote up a deal that we were all happy about. They even delivered the car to me 2 hours away for free. I literally had the whole deal done within an hour or two and then 2 days later they dropped it off at my work, without a single phone call! Simply Amazing!
