They added over $2000 in non negotiable items that were unwanted and stated they already added them instead of giving the customer an option to add them.

My salesman Dennis was very helpful, honest and transparent. We were very happy with the outcome 😀. The other staff at the dealership were helpful and kind.

Staff was great

Things started ok, but just gets worst as time went on. initially as usual, many emails from multiple representatives. Spoke to a couple and one rep sends me the info and photos. Another rep said she’ll send the initial quote for review. I received the quote from their Internet manager Chelsea. The truck was listed at $37,995 when I received the quote and the truck dropped to 37.500 a day after the quote. So I countered at 37,000 OTD. I was ignored for days! I saw the trucks price dropped again to $36,995. I send another follow up and no reply. I then reply to their sales managers email saying it’s odd I’m not getting replies from my sales rep nor the internet manager and the sales rep replies me from it. So I resend him the concerns I have, again nothing! Few days gone by I clicked on another listing site and only then Chelsea decided to reply with “sorry, we can’t accept you offer”. No counter, no working the deal. Can’t bridge a deal between $36,995 and $37,000 OTD.

It wouldve been great but the communication was off and the honesty wasnt there the car had interest in had a recall on it i guess why the pricing was at a good rate but dont know if its the same price as of now . But i mentioned about the recall on it and if it can be fixed before further purchase but never got a response or a yes .. im a passive person only if you are working with me on making things right especially if im purchasing something from you but right now i don't know anymore ..
