Great communication but we went with a different vehicle closer to us.

I scheduled an appointment I believe on a Wednesday, and got numerous phone calls both Wednesday and Thursday to confirm my appointment and schedule a time, which I had already done. I figured based on the amount of phone calls I received during the week, when I showed up to the dealership they would have someone waiting and ready to assist me. I was wrong. I could have walked in without an appointment because it did not matter that I had one and they barely confirmed who I was or why I was there. After waiting several minutes, the guy behind the desk finally found someone to assist me. She didn’t know why I was there or what I wanted to look at so I had to pull up the vehicle to show her. Once I was done test driving the vehicle, she did nothing to try and get me to buy the car. Zero money off and nothing extra thrown in because it is a “used car.” Might as well tell someone that over the phone so they don’t waste their time coming in.

Terrible. Kept sending me auto-generated emails, I would answer, get no response, and I'd get the same auto-generated emails again the next day!?

Mack did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional!

George, the sales rep was professional, responsive and I felt it was the white glove treatment from everyone I encountered there. I ended up buying a car from them (different car).
