Dealerships near me (Niles, IL)

Experience was good, sales staff very good but time to complete purchase process was too long

Salesman and finance managers when I first went in were short and at times condescending. Did not make me feel valued. Would not recommend to family or friends

Manager is awesome Sales is good Straight to business. Definitely I recommend. Services and test drive is good. manager is Professional!

Jay has been very goodl in helping me considering my poor credit.

McGrath Audi is great dealership to do business with.

I worked with Aaron at Golf Mill Chevrolet and was initially pleased. Getting approved online was convenient, and Aaron was friendly and helpful during that stage. Communication changed once I asked specific financing questions. My deposit limits were also ignored for a much higher ask. After he ask me what the most I could pay. He was supposed to work with that. I emailed Aaron for written clarification on loan terms before I came into the dealership, but received no response. Since approval happened online, basic financial details should have been handled the same way. He was pressuring me to come into the dealership before answering questions regarding my terms. I guess he thought that he would be able to convince me to accept terms of I came to the dealership. I ultimately bought elsewhere. Aaron was polite, but transparency and communication matter when making a major financial decision. Customers deserve clear terms before committing.

I have no complaints. I decided not to purchase as I am outa state and the cost to ship to me over budget

Vehicle was broken down when we arrived. They knew we were driving an hour. F-

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Debbie, Adam and Chris They were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. They answered all my questions, were honest and patient, and made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking to buy a car!

My sales person was very communicative and kept me posted on all of my concerns. He had a great price and was not quick enough to agree to a purchase and the vehicle sold to another client.
