I was there on April 3rd. They gave me the whole speech: "You're gonna love how we do business! You'll be working with one person from start to finish." Nope, the car wasn't ready. Lorenzo is new and trying his best. He doesn't have a lot of details about the car since they hadn't detailed it yet. They said they'd call back after 3-4 days, and I haven't heard back from them at all. My time was wasted. Do better Beaverton Toyota.

When I came to check out the car it was up front waiting for me. I chose to buy it and arranged to meet him after I went to get the money and a ride. All done in one day.

This was not our first purchase from enterprise. My only complaint and its minor… is the smell of the cleaner that they use to detail. Both cars had a strong off putting scent that takes awhile to get rid of. Otherwise satisfied

I made the appointment with one person, but when I arrived and was met by that person, he introduced me to another person who had less experience. He was fine, but I don't like to be treated in this manner.
