I appreciate the staff and their helpfulness. They were very kind and nice. However, there was a hidden fee that was not presented online. It may not have been their fault. I didn't have a car to trade in, and I did not know that that also incurred a fee. Apart from that, they have a lot of vehicles, and people seem to be enjoying their time there. I showed up for a Tesla. It was the only Tesla that I saw that they had, and it was absolutely not being taken care of. They may take care of other cars, but the Tesla was at 4% battery, sitting there, and it looked like it had not been properly taken care of while under their possession. Maybe if I was looking for a different car, I would have gotten one from them, but definitely not a Tesla.

Inquired about a truck online. It's advertised as "All fees are included" and was a very good listed price. When i called for the out the door price, they said come in to test drive the truck and confirmed it was 24k. When i said it was located further away and that i wanted the full out the door price and wouldn't come in without seeing that in writing, they told me the final price was nearly 34k. They told me if i read the fine print in the disclaimer, I would see that the listed price is only after putting 20% down and using their financing. Safe to say it's a shady practice and I'm no longer considering the truck.

They advertise one price on CarGurus, which I have screenshots showing $27,555, and then when you get there, they tell you, No that’s not correct our website says it’s $30,000. When I told them the price advertised on CarGurus, they said, “Oh no, that’s not correct it’s $30000. Funny, because they lowered the price themselves just two days ago. Then, with a massive ego, he tried to “mansplain” the car to me, I’ve been a “gear-head since birth”. I know my cars, and I know exactly what I’m looking at. Wrong girl here! Scam artists!!! Stay away!!!
