A very terrible experience, seemed like they had no idea of what was going on. Made it a hassle about having insurance on vehicle even though my insurance company faxed them the declaration of insurance. Then almost two weeks after buying the vehicle I get a email that I have to take it to get a VIN inspection, that would be fine if I hadn’t brought the Jeep home and started disassembling it to repair the issues it had. I could have been told that the day I bought it and loaded it on the trailer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone buying a used vehicle or if you are not a resident of Pennsylvania.
