Everyone was very nice, very polite. I just didn’t like how I got approved and then got there and they told me I wasn’t approved for the amount that I was approved for when I did the application on CarGurus site… when I got there they asked for more money down so I didn’t get the vehicle

Buyier beware. Promised they would make me a key fob since they lost the keys. Now that paperwork is done they will not do anything they promised. Never buying anything from them again. I recommend no one shop for cats there. There customer service is trash. Your never getting a call back. Don't buy anything from these liars. There word is worth nothing.

Although the car did not make sense for me, Frank was a honest and respectable salesperson that I felt was genuinely trying to help me meet my needs on the price. The car was also priced very competitively out of the gate and the price sheet was very straightforward.

They responded within an hour with an i packet. Salesperson later in the day shot a video tour and sent it to me to view. Listing was accurate. The car was reasonably clean when I arrived to look at it. The staff was immediately friendly and helpful. Allowed me to test drive the car for over 2 hours. Came down a little on price. I would recommend this dealer to other people.
