I’m a pretty reasonable person, but this place is a dump. They came in over $5k less than other dealerships for my trade, but assured me they would take a look at it and reassess if I brought it in. Santo confirmed a time to do that. So, I drove the hour down to them. Then, the car I was there to see was scheduled for maintenance, so I couldn’t drive it. Then, they never looked at my trade and offered the same low ball money. Santo never even introduced himself to me or offered any sort of explanation. Complete waste of time, Don’t bother with this place.

I dont want to say it's on purpose but this Ford fusion was listed for at least 2 weeks and I've also been calling to check availability. After a few days of calls I finally got someone to answer and all I was told was the car was sold and it's still listed online last I checked
