I had a great experience. The finance manager was awesome. It is a very professional dealership with an automotive shop on site that does a great job getting the used cars ready.

They advertised a vehicle we were looking for but only had 2 exterior photos on website. Through email & text we requested interior photos. The text reply never addressed our request. No reply to the email. No one ever answered the phone. Two days later we received an email response promising a phone call but wanting to know what we were currently driving. A day later we got a phone call only to learn the vehicle wouldn’t be on the lot for 14 more days. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I got a phone message/ text from Sofia and never got a response after I called and talked to Romeo and nothing. DONE!

I can’t remember her name, but she was very polite and did a video chat walk around the truck. She was knowledgeable and helpful.

Experience was great. No pressure.
