Everyone was very helpful, the car was nice but for me and my wife, a few more bells and whistles would have been good i.e. a sunroof. Our overall experience was very good.

I messaged the dealership the first day the truck was listed on CarGurus. I got spammed by an AI Chatbot initially and for the duration of the week (to me the use of a chat bot is a deeply impersonal customer service tactic ) Then was texted by a very helpful staffer named Ella. We were in communication all week long waiting for the service and maintenance department to finish their checks on the vehicle. The vehicle was initially listed at 24,900, but then I noted they increased the price to 26,100. When I inquired if the original price would be honored, I got radio silence, the next text I got stated the truck had been sold. Early on, I offered to put a deposit down as I live 80 miles from the dealership and could not get there at the drop of a hat and was told this was not possible. The Almighty dollar wins again over building lasting relationships. Will definitely avoid doing business with Dwayne Lane in the future.
