I reached out online and was told that a salesperson would contact me with a video and photos of the car, I waited a day or so and ask again, still no call or video! This went on for a week with no response from the sales team. I even offered to drive to SC from TN once I received photos and if the car was what I was looking for and again nothing… I will not consider doing business with this dealership again.

We have nothing but good things to say about our entire experience with Hendrick, and our salesperson, Carter, who drove the car up to us and even joined us for lunch in Pawleys Island. Great buying experience
