I e-mailed with Ethan Bernstein, decent guy who was upfront. Because of an accident with serious damage, I told him it was overpriced. He said that "we're going to send it to auction," and I countered with just bring the price down and you'll be able to sell it retail. I got no response until your notice today that they've lowered the price. Too late for me because I've purchased a Fit. Ethan was OK, but the used car mgr is not a good decision maker.

My agent was friendly and easy to communicate with, however, the Prius had paint damage on the hood like from an acid spray from a house cleaning. It also had paint coming off along the passenger side length of the car and carpet was filthy on driver’s side. The dealership also charged an initial fee on all used vehicles of $2500.00 for a protective coating they apply on all their used vehicles—a real deal breaker!!

The communication was super, the attention given to me as a customer was superb. We drove 8/5 hours to get to vehicle and were not disappointed. Having worked and managed a dealership, the staff there exemplified what a dealership should be.

I went to purchase the vehicle and left to go to the bank to get the down payment and they sold the car while i was at the bank meanwhile they told me they would hold the car after I I finished all of my paperwork… and they did not! I was hurt and upset, I felt like they lied to me!
