UNPROFESSIONAL is just the beginning! After not returning my phone calls, SO-CALLED Manager jim kurtz, finally texts me that a vehicle being offered "for sale" online was not available because it was being sold to somebody "local". I come to find out the “buyer(s)” only had an appointment and had not even driven the vehicle. I know I filed the necessary paperwork to purchase the vehicle BEFORE these "appointments" were made because WHY else would salesperson Oty send me a video of the availability of the vehicle?! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews! These liars will go to any length to scam you out of a deal if you’re not “local”. Word of advice, if @planethonda wants to sell “local” as jimmy put it, don’t put cars for sale online! Stick to CRAIGSLIST or the Golden Transcript where you BELONG!

I emailed the dealership asking if the Chevy Corvette that I was interested in was still available and pretty much got ignored. I got one salesman to respond and it literally had nothing to do with the vehicle I was interested in. It was such a random response. I think it was a computer or a robot that reached out to me.

My sales consultant, the finance director, and all other personnel were helpful and knowledgeable. I drove off the lot with a gorgeous pre-owned vehicle that has every single feature on my wish list. My only complaint was the length of time it took to complete the sale. I don't think its worse than any other dealership but it is exhausting.
