The experience wasn't good they boosted up thr price saying they have nothing to do with car guru and would budge even though I paid cash they lucky I liked it but I would never go back

I worked with Mark G., he did a great job getting everything figured out. I bought from out of state and had to fly in to get the car. We had some minor technical difficulties, but they resolved them and got us back on track. The car was spotless and fueled when I arrived. The paperwork was ready to go, I sat around for a bit less than an hour while they got the temporary tags, and final paperwork prepared. Once signed, I was on my way. Shoutout to Colin for all his help!

The price the dealer lists is not accurate pricing, and their staff is not very helpful. I asked simple questions like about damage reported on carfax and the sales rep said they cannot share any of that information with me... I clarified I am not asking for information about the last owner, but that did not help any. Then I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager asked if i am a student or a veteran, etc. when I said no, the price was increased by $3000

We were looking to buy the vehicle and then they told me it was sold. Saw online it was not sold, so I made an appointment. they confirmed the appointment.And they tell me somebody else's test driving appointment me wait. This may just be a one time issue with this vehicle, but definitely problematic.
