This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with three times I was placed on hold to be hung up on and when I did get to speak with someone they said they'd call me back in 10 min one and the next day it was thirty minutes and both days I didn't receive any phone calls from the dealership and when I did call back the last time they wouldn't honor the contract I had made with car gurus on line services

Deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. They advertised a car at $18,881 but refused to sell it for a penny less than $23,081, citing mandatory aftermarket protections. Even after quoting CVC 11713.1(e), they refused to honor the advertised price. They preach 'No Surprises' online, but the reality is exactly the opposite. Shop elsewhere.

A very Dishonest Dealership. Mr. Mark Brendan Barrett and Mr. Tony Chavez as a pair not good individuals. They both tried to sell me a used 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited for $ 53,000k. A brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra Limited is only a couple thousand dollars more. Both these salesman started arguing about the price especially Mr. Chavez. He was the worst of all acting very Childish and rude. I decided to cancel my appointment 1/23/24 take my business somewhere else. Owner of Moss Bro's Toyota you will continue to lose money and business if you continue to Employ individuals like Mr. Chavez who treats Potential Buyers and Buyers in a " Degrading Manner." Shame on you Mr. Barrett and Mr. Chavez for your immature behaviors.

"Hassle free", thats inccorect! Terrible, unprofessional establishment. First inquired 21st of April. Truck was in detail, thats understandable. Had to beg for pics, after 3 weeks finally got them the 3rd. Was strung along all for the truck to sell while I'm waiting to buy it. Seems like rookies here, especially Moe. Def. not trying to build a returning customer base.

Hard working people

Verified with cargurus that the price and availability was accurate but never received any communication back from the dealership. When I called the dealership they claimed the price was a “boo boo”. I believe this practice of advertising vehicles with a low price to gain interest is illegal. Very unprofessional.

The pricecwas not availabe. I had to contact the dealship. I also requested the history. Carfax history was quesionable. The asking price in my opinion was a little high for thevyear of the car. The sales team did respond promptly with my request.

There was a big scrape on the side of the car. I have never seen a big dealership put out a car in that condition. I drove an hour to see it and was so frustrated.
