They called me on Wednesday to talk abouth the car. I asked for a quick walkaround video and setup an appointment for Saturday. The salesperson said she would get one of the salesguys to make and send the video and that she would call me on Friday to reconfirm. Friday comes and they still didn't send the video I asked for or call to reconfirm the appointment. Saturday comes and still nothing. So, I decided not to drive 3.5hrs to a dealership that can't even get the basics right.

The dealership called me and answered all my questions.

I rarely post reviews of car dealerships, but in this case I am making an exception because I had a truly outstanding experience and I want others to know about how good Mollie is. Dave, the owner, went (way) above and beyond to provide me with detailed, clear, decision-relevant information about a Mini Clubman that he had just listed for sale and in which I was keenly interested. He is a Mini specialist, knows the cars inside and out, and I learned a ton from our two long discussions before I made a decision. In total, he took two hours of his time to educate me -- not to sell me the car but to help me figure out whether this specific Clubman would be the right one for me. He provided tons of high-res pictures, maintenance history, etc. so that I could decide long-distance. I cannot recommend him enough.
