I was looking at 2020 Trail Boss. The truck looked very nice in the photos. I called the dealership and spoke to Brad, who said he and the rest of his staff were leaving to do downtown for a deposition. Red flag # 1. He did allow me to ask him a couple of quick questions. I knew this truck had been sitting at his dealership for several months and I asked him why that was. Brad went on to say that he didn't know, he said there was nothing wrong with the truck. I asked him if the truck had any current trouble codes and he said when he bought the truck it had some fault code that had something to do with the grill upfront and that the truck was taken to a Chevy dealer for the repair. Red flag # 2. Upon a detailed inspection of the photo of the front of the truck, I could see an extra screw in the front license plate bracket and I spotted a small crease in the front bumper cover. It was apparent there was damage to the front bumper cover they tried to hide with the license plate bracket.

The didn't contact me after I reached out through the website. I ended up calling them. I spoke to the admin and made an offer, she had to check with the finance manager. They said no then hung up.

Responded to my questions. I didn't buy because I was apprehensive about costs involved when Jaguar cars in general need future repairs. This was more of a collector car for weekend driving and I need a daily driver. Also i don't have a garage.

Car was fine I asked prior to driving 4 hours both ways to verify financing and please let me know down payment availability of the vehicle and none of this was communicated or done. They received it but wasted my day to tell me to come back and find a co-signer. Best part is I was going home to do finances with my local bank and no one called me back or had anything to do with me until I got a text to review my experience that day and the salesperson then jumps to call me to make me correct my questionnaire. I never saw anyone form finance no one explained anything to me left it all on the sales woman she was pleasant but not helpful stayed on her phone the entire time of test drive and while I was there said she had to respond to other customers overall experience was unpleasant.

The agent I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs.

Very pleasant experience, car was clean and ready. Oli change was done, ordering a owner's manual for me.
