Not transparent. Didn’t explain unnecessary add-ons. Ran credit without asking or letting me know they were doing so. Vague estimate. Only focused on having me sign deal. Not helpful. Sneaky and reluctant to explain/help.

I asked several specific questions about the vehicle. The dealership provided typical car salesperson responses but the not details to answer my questions. No background information about the out-of-state ownership and how they obtained the vehicle.

Told me they could not get me pictures of car for days because it was being detailed. Then told me the car sold before it was detailed. It was the classic run around or perhaps bat and switch? Very frustrating.

I went to test drive a car that has been on their lot for a long time. The car was great, and I was ready to purchase. I didn’t because they were trying to make up their loss on the price drop with $4,000 in after market charges. I went to another dealership the next day and got a car with the same year, less miles and for the price I was looking for!

Made buying this vehicle super simple and sale free. Would recommend them to anyone

Very responsive. This turned out to be not the car for me, but the salesperson (Conor) was responsive, informative and followed up appropriately.

The dealership is amazing! They had the most competitive prices, worked with us on pricing and financing long distance (3 hours away), and had the paper work prepped for signatures and the car fueled and ready to drive away when we arrived. The staff were friendly and did not try to pressure us to buy anything else.
