Great follow up with no pressure

I called about a vehicle they had in stock, but they told me the price they listed it at was not the price it will be sold for. When I asked for numbers on another car they had, they refused to give the OTD price over the phone, stating I needed to come by in order to get that. That is an inconvenience as I live far away, and I also read other reviews about how they add thousands to the listed price for “mandatory” add ons.

I sent two different online request for information about a certain vehicle, never heard from a sales rep. I finally called a couple days later and the person on the phone said they don’t give quotes and/or fees over the phone. I do not waste my time with dealers like this. Yes, I did end up purchasing from a different dealer, made the deal before arriving.

Totally terrible and horrible!! After test drive, finalized paper work and paid down payment, car was unable to start, They promissed to deliver it by next day, but didn't do that! They were not replying phone calls, Finally called us to take it after whatever hidden repairs they did. We asked them to cancel this purchase, but they penalized us $500 to cancel it though it was their fault.

Typical bait and switch dealership. They keep the online price low but then $4K of dealers add on which has absolutely no value. Avoid this place and save your time and $$

Was told one price on the phone and they confirmed they’ll work with my budget. But when I arrived they increased it an additional $5,000 and told me they won’t even reduce $20 at that point. False advertising

I did not end up buying a car here, but I had a great experience. Shaun and Shane were incredibly patient and informative throughout my car research journey. They answered all of my questions and were completely transparent. What I appreciated most is that they did not pressure me into a purchase. They genuinely helped me determine if the car was the right fit for my lifestyle. They have a fantastic selection of cars, and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
