The owner left me waiting outside for a long time and never came out. Besides, it was freezing cold. I don't think I'll ever go back to that place, much less recommend it.

Dealer was straightforward and honest. Very fast and easy process. Had to ask for vehicle to be filled up with gas after purchase, and even then they said they didn’t know if they’d do that for me. They did end up doing it but still stuck with me. I would recommend them to others.

After driving all over Ohio, we found not only the best selections of jeeps, we also found the best the best sales guy. Bob is who want to buy from. Low pressure sales. Asked us to drive other vehicles. Bob is the guy you want to deal with. Our original jeep dont going though as we liked, yet we came back and eventually bought a vehicle from him..... The owner of this establishment deals with the financing and was helpful with the overall sale but wasn't friendly and never got involved with the sale. Overall, I would highly just recommend dealing with Bob, he will get you the vehicle you want but just deal with the hands off owner. You will get a great vehicle at a great price .

Repeatedly quoted me $200 for shipping, I had $200 ready for the delivery guy. He wanted 275. I paid it and immediately called the dealership to tell them I need the difference in shipping and they didn’t return text. they made excuses and then basically told me to prove it we have two people here that $200 Instead of doing the right thing, he calls me a liar told me the car was detailed. It was sticky dirty. I pay the shipper and call the dealership to get the difference because I had to pay 275. They made excuses,insults, and absolutely refuse to refund me my $75 on the shipping It’s not a lot of money, but it’s a matter of principle and the way they handled it was horrendous. I wouldn’t buy a car or do any business with these people
