The vehicle that I went to review had damage that wasn't pictured or disclosed on their website and they didn't have another vehicle that I was interested in. I drove 1.5 hours for a big disappointment.

$2000 of fees no wonder the price was good. That was before all the fees they add on to the price It was the classic bait and switch The car price is a great deal but then when you have them drawn up, they had $2000 of fees which then makes the car not that great of a deal because $2000 of dealer fees on top of it that are non-negotiable and act like they were fees that they had no control over so that made the vehicle not a good deal after listing the price at a deal that was good, but then once you talk to them and they get you in their little talking, they give you the price with all their fees, which makes the deal terrible. I mean, I understand a few hundred dollars, but $2000 a fees on a car that cost $22,000 that to me seems a little ridiculous

I Car Motors provided excellent communication. The lady working the phones (apologize for not remembering her name) was very transparent and informative concerning their process for purchasing car through their company. She provided clear and detailed information concerning the history of the 2008 Infiniti we bought. She also provided full detail of what options were available towards purchasing the car, so that we were fully prepared once entering their dealership. The car purchased was for my step son, so the only true trouble we had was a company to finance him due to this young age. Outside of that the car has been performing nicely as advertised.

Sold me a vehicle with a malfunctioning driver restraint system. They told me that the vehicle had no issues before purchasing. I wouldve been okay with mechanical issues but selling unsafe vehicles is a major concern that should've been disclosed prior.
