Low price, but really avoided showing the flaws. Cracked windshield. Broken emergency brake and COUKD not open the hood. Climate control inoperable.

Akron Auto Sales was great to deal with, very nice and polite. When it was time to buy,they had all of the paperwork ready so everything was quick and simple.

Lots of shortcomings. They held a vehicle I was interested in for $500 for a day, did not tell me there were damages and when I asked about refunding the money they denied the request. Not a place I would want to buy a car from, but I would imagine that this is why they have 2.5 stars out of 5.

Answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Were very upfront, it was easy to know where they stood making the experience dealing with them a pleasure. Would’ve loved to have made the numbers work, but we just couldn’t get there. Very professional, enjoyed our interaction.

Up front and truthful

Do NOT waste your time with this dealership!!! I drove three hours to get there. Just 45 minutes before I arrived, they even called to remind me about our appointment. When I showed up, I sat waiting for 30 minutes while they went to get the keys for the test drive. Then the salesperson finally comes back and says, “Oh, the car is sold.” Seriously?! And right after that, they tried to push me into looking at their other cars! How can a business operate with this level of dishonesty? After my visit, I read more reviews and saw I’m far from the only one who’s experienced this unprofessional behavior. If you value your time and your sanity, stay far away from this place. Absolutely awful experience!
