Very disappointed with my experience here don’t waste your time! I emailed that morning and was told the BMW i4 I wanted was available, so I drove 1.5 hours to see it. When I arrived, Samek asked me several questions, including whether I had a trade-in and if I needed financing. All before ever showing me anything! I explained that I already had financing through my credit union. He then brought over a manager who asked if I would switch to their financing if they could beat my rate. Without still showing me a car. I declined. Only AFTER all of these financing questions did they finally tell me that someone had already put a contract on the car I drove there to see. The manager tried to show me other cars, first a Tesla. I said no, I wanted a BMW i4. They couldn’t find another i4 on that small lot, and then he asked a Toyota! At that point, I knew my time was being wasted and left. This should have been an easy transaction but the manager is the reason car salesman gets a bad name!

I had a fantastic experience everything was as they started on line, stuff was extremely kind and helpful. Car beautiful inside and out. The car is beautiful inside and out but of course a used Bentley will be perfect. And I thank them for all of their efforts and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
