Mitsubishi dealerships near me (Baton Rouge, LA)

My experience was terrible! I went through the process of using Car Gurus then scheduling an online appointment only to be disrespected and lied to. When I got there i simply asked could I test drive the vehicle. My salesperson Ms. Sandra told me the air is getting fixed and she couldn’t. I only asked her what kind of a/c maintenance is getting done to it. Her exact words were,” Hey I don’t work in maintenance I don’t have what’s wrong with it. If you wanna know something about the air you’re going to have to talk to maintenance!” My response was,” Don’t you think working in customer service and sales you should be a lot nicer?!” She stormed away and said this isn’t going to work. So I followed her to hear what she was saying and she told another salesman to help me because we weren’t seeing eye to eye. The other salesman took the tone as if I’m bothering the lady who is as helping me. I told both of them I don’t even want the vehicle at this point. Terrible customer service!

Great response but priced too high.
