Dealerships near me (Milroy, PA)

This review is about after the purchase, they offered to deliver the truck to my house for having to be in the area on other business that Monday. I get home from work, truck is there, they gave the keys to the wife, I go out and the key fobs don't unlock the doors, one fob is for an suv with 6 buttons, and no battery, the other is 2 button factory with dead battery, replace battery and nothing, have to open with keyed lock. Call the dealership, ask for the salesman, explain situation, oh, "He's with a customer now", I gave him the message, and he'll call you back, okay, this was 5 days in a row I called and got the same reply, last day I called and got a, "our parts department is looking onto it, and will get back to you", 15 days later and still no reply, yes it's a used vehicle, and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the key fobs, at least 1 should work. now I have to purchase them for 300.00 a piece with programming. Not happy about this.

Horrible place to do business with. Salesman never got back to us about Out the Door pricing and tried to bake their $1400 care package into taxes as well as lied about overall price. I knew i went once before that this was a awful outfit but figured later it might change, it didn't. We were ready to buy until we knew this salesman was trying to fleece us as they do others. We are not desperate for a car so we know we have better options than this place. Stay far away from this place unless you have done your due diligence on this place or you will regret it!
