I contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle listed here on CarGurus. After seeing it here I also looked at it on their own website. The price showed the MSRP, then below it it said "Dealer discount" with an amount next to it. Under that it stated "buy for" with the MSRP minus the dealer discount. If you click on the "dealer discount" it states "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". Any reasonable person wouid believe that the price after the discount is what you would pay. Not so fast though! After calling them to set up a time to see the vehicle and asking about the price I was told that the "Dealer Discount Applied to Everyone" only applies if you meet certain criteria. I asked why it states applied to everyone if it clearly does not? He had no answer except that he would not have worded it that way either and a lot of people complain about it. Bottom line is that they are deceptive. They even claimed that "everyone else does it" and that is false. Do not support this group!

Eddie is a very down to earth business owner. Reliable and even fixes things without asked. Happy to have found him and his business.

I had a very warm and transparent experience with everyone at Milford Auto Mall. The process was quick and easy and they did more service than what was agreed upon in the contract. Above and beyond experience!
