Everyone was friendly and assisted in the process. The only downfall was a leak that was supposed to be fixed and wasn’t. Arrangements were made and they took care of it.

Made an appt to see car. Drove from an hour away & car was not even there. Said it was at another garage. Very unprofessional & insulting.

Lily was very pleasant and helpful with the sales component. After inspection of the vehicle and looking over the numbers it was out of my reach. Thank you for a great experience.

Responded and said they would get back to me ,,, and they never did .. I will shop elsewhere .

Great experience, bought at fantastic price!

Too many emails, texts, calls. Dealer would not negotiate on price. Poor listening skills from the sales consultant. Even after clearly not making a deal and clearly explaining the reasons why the clueless sales consultant followed up with a phone message asking me how my experience was. Methinks this sales consultant needs to learn effective face to face and phone communication skills in a customer-oriented business. Not surprised though as many dealerships have a hard time “closing the deal” with well-educated well-researched consumers.
