Very unprofessional dealer. There’s a big lack of effective communication on dealer’s part. Right from the beginning of my appt, I was very disappointed. He sat us in his office for about 20-30min unattended. He was moving up and down and when he finally came to us, we ask him to tell us about the car and he couldn’t give us the full details. Still went ahead and test drove the car. They were convincing me to finance through them but I had a very good rate with my credit union. When they realized that they couldn’t match my rate, my dealer refused to communicate that to me. I kept calling and messaging but no answer from the dealer called JACK. I finally got hold of the manager and he was quite unprofessional too. He only focused on me getting them the check but not acknowledging my frustration with my dealer JACK. It’s not a place I’d recommend.

Terrible , they wouldn’t budge on price and the truck was completely ruined , so many dents and scratches , gas access wouldn’t even shut , someone took a sharpie and tried to fix the scratches and dents . Terrible

Terrible experience. Shady salesmen who will lie to your face, they don’t provide service records, and try to hit you with ridiculous fees that make no sense at all. Avoid this place.

The staff especially Travis and Matt went out their way for a seamless and friendly buying experience. The process was comfortable and i was able to drive out the same day in a reasonable amount of time.

Gio was helpful and professional. We had a great pressure free experience.

Simply put, they just do Great business. Before purchasing they gave me the list of work they had done on the car and the safety inspection. They cleaned and detailed it. The Manager is the kind of person you want to buy a car from.
