Someone from the dealership did respond with in a few minutes of my request.

Started with a phone call from the site letting me know that it was going to cost an extra $1,000 from what I was quoted on CarGurus even after checking that it was a cash deal and no trade-in. Site stated that they could not adhere to that pricing because I was not financing and or trading in. After a heated discussion with the salesman he was able to come down and price and said he would have paperwork to me within 15 minutes of sending him our ID. Waited for multiple hours never received paperwork. Tried to call him back and got a voicemail that was full and unable to leave a message. The triggered me to do some digging into the company and found 20 complaints against them better Business bureau. Texted the sales rep back and let him know we were no longer interested. Weather response back of okay. Days later got more messages from the dealership asking us if we wanted to proceed even after we had already told them no. Not a reputable dealership, did not feel comfortable buying.

Talked on the phone price and financing. Was planning trip to pick up vehicle. Next day text salesman and she said they had two appointments to show the vehicle. Must have sold it and never got a response if still available.

Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. However the staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have solid 4 star dealership

Dealership was able to answer all of my questions. They were easy to deal with even though I was far away. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
