I haven't dealt with them financially but their communication effort is 100%, I'm sorry because I forgot I think her name is Patty but anyway the lady that called me back this is Lou she is amazing! so if she's amazing I know that dealership is 1,000% on the up and up and I am going to purchase this 2005 Jeep Liberty all-wheel drive because this car is mine and I'm putting that out there in the universe it's mine it's mine and I will come from Jersey all the way to Queen because of this lady who calls me when I leave a voicemail thank you so buy your cars at middle Village Motors because they care and obviously it's a business so it's a money thing but aside from the money thing they appreciate people that's my belief and if you don't believe me than freak you.

There is no option for zero stars. This dealership did not seem to want to discuss the car. Very slow to respond. Shady answers. Finally they said it was on consignment and they'd get back to me. They never did. Overall crap experience with them. I just got a generic email from the vehicle search engine saying it had been sold and to rate this dealer. So, there you have it. Not worth the time you'd lose to tey this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

These guys are fantastic! I purchased a car from them and had it shipped to me in Seattle. Jo was so patient and thorough. Sale went off without any hiccups. I got the car and I'm just over the moon. Definitely would recommend these guys
