Great communication

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle they had for sale. Told them I was coming from three hours away. Got confirmation of the appointment and the even called me the morning of my appointment to confirm. When I showed up they told me the car was no longer available. Left a review on Google and they asked me to email them, which I did and after several weeks they have not replied. Use caution

Very unprofessional. Didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously. They told me they’d check into some numbers I presented to them and get back to me but I never heard back from them.

I have not decided whether I will be purchasing the vehicle or not. Gwen has been very helpful thus far.

Kevin and his sales team were helpful and polite. I left stating I needed to think about weather to purchase or not. I personally thought the truck was over priced and was disappointed when I asked how much lift was in the truck the dealer was unsure. I was also contacted by The sales team and kevin the next day twice inquiring when i would be back to make the purchase. This high pressure and aggressive tactic was not what i wanted nor what i expected from a small local dealer.

Because I live out of state I paid a mechanic to do a test drive & inspect the vehicle.. Alpha Motors refused to let him the test drive. When I called to ask why, they told me because it was not necessary for a mechanic to look it over. Sounds shady.. hard pass on them!
