Great communication

showed up at appt. no one was available. I called and ask for service, while waiting in lobby, still no one came to meet me for appointment.

The sales person that (Junior) I had was literally NOT helpful. He just wanted to sell a car and failed to get back to me on ANY question that I had. I was really interested in the vehicle and in waiting for him to get back to me, the vehicle sold. The day i got to the dealership, the GLS 550 was surrounded by other car and no one could find keys to move the cars. So we were there for like 2 hours. The yrefused to negotiate the price and 3 weeks later, the vehicle price dropped down to the actuale price that I initially asked them for. They wasted my time and their time when they could have sold me the vehicle 3 weeks earlier for the price that i wanted to be at.

Was not able to get to dealership to test drive vehicle. Staff was very helpful!

Very unprofessional was told the car is being serviced. Going on 2 weeks and still haven't heard back. Good thing I found another car.
