The sales person was incredible that sells staff was very helpful and it was a non-high-pressure environment with purchased mini cars throughout the years in Arizona and this is one of the best dealerships we’ve ever dealt with.

I didn’t pick up the car for three days after I sign those purchase agreement and they agreed to do alignment on the car and they didn’t do it. They also should’ve had the car ready for me to pick up. I paid cash. I did not want to sit in the dealership it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait for two hours and get ready and then it said they inspected the brakes and rotors, but when I got it, the brakes were grinding. The rotors were no good and I had to take it back and they did fix it, but I had to rent a car didn’t have my car for four days , had to take a lift to get to the rental car and get back so it put me out some extra cash and when I tried to call to find out my car was ready. Nobody seem to know anything about it was very difficult to get information about whether it was ready whether not , even after that, the car still is not aligned. I could take it back there and have them align it But I will just take it somewhere else So I don’t have to rent a car for several more days

The buying experience here was perfect. Jon was fast to replay and coordinate everything for me. Very happy with my transaction. Would do business with again!
