Horrible experience..I put down payment of 500 to hold the vehicle and had to travel down from Maine the following weekend and called them then day before my appointment and they had sold my truck.

I didnt purchase however im very impressed with the attentiveness and willingness to make a deal happen.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.
