The salesman that I worked was not properly trained. I was looking to put a service body on the truck, when I asked questions he just said “yes” assuring me this truck would accommodate all these things. He either didn’t know and confidently told me he did or he was lying to me. Luckily I didn’t buy it because these features the truck had would have cost me thousands more to install a service body. I was contacted by four different salesman on the same phone number that all told me it was their personal line. They texted me at 11:30 at night, I complained and they said it was there “customer management system “ What happened to Customer Service? Someone higher up the ladder contacted me, trying to make the deal. I told them $75,000 was the most I could spend. They tried to sell me one for $83,000. Told me I should put $7,500 down so the payment would be what I was comfortable spending. The price they listed on Cargurus is with every possible rebate thatyoucantusewiththeir0%financing

Asked about vehicle was told it was sold. Was nice that they let me know it was sold.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.
