My hubby and I worked with James there at Kendall Ford. The dealership was quick to respond to our inquiries. We set up a time to come in and look at the Nissan Altima originally. We decided it wasn’t a good fit and we ended up walking out there with a brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend instead. Every step of the way, James was on top of it. He made the process so easy and he was a pleasure to work with. He had everything prepared for us when we got there, papers ready to be signed, car nice and clean with a full tank. Charles was the finance guy and he was amazing, straight to the point and he didn’t beat around the bush. He remembers who you are and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of! I would send my children to him I know he will be honest with them.
