Mercedes Benz of Shrewsberry was very accommodating. The sales process was fluid. The two hour trip was well worth the time.

This is by Fire one of the worst experience I have ever had with Mercedes. I brought my vehicle and I saw their vehicle we were talking and then the salesman come back and says we have to charge you $15,000 of MSRP. I said why that makes no sense. He couldn’t figure out why his manager told him that. But then he said if I sell my vehicle somewhere else they’ll give me what the vehicle says. The vehicle is posted for 169 and they wanted to put $15,000 on top of it. No Mercedes-Benz that that I have called around and they’re all told me that there’s something fishy about that that this only happens to the G 63 not a g550. Specially when the salesman told me that he cannot figure out why the manager wanted to add $15,000 to the vehicle. I made sure all my friends know about this location and I post all over social media about it.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Westwood was splendid. Customer service was great, my agent was very accessible and amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed while the deal when on. No unnecessary wait time and I got a great value at a very reasonable and transparent price. Gold stars to Mercedes Benz of Westwood
