Online agent lured me to come view the Toyota Tundra that was available. At the last moment they said it was sold and tried to sell me another Toyota Tundra at $10,000 more and out ofmyprice range. Also agent mentioned how clean and impeccable the Tundra I missed was. Not a good move. Won't ever look at a vehicle being sold at Mercedes Benz of Tiverton R.I.

Easy peasey

Mercedes Benz of Shrewsberry was very accommodating. The sales process was fluid. The two hour trip was well worth the time.

Only spoke to the dealership once awaiting the arrival of the car and never heard from them again.

The worse experience! This dealer kept calling me for a week, I finally go an hour out my way to find out they make their own rules. I was pre-approved through my credit union for this vehicle, which I explained through email and a phone call before going there. The sales manager comes over, looks at the check as if it was Monopoly money and states it’s not a cashiers check. Duh! A cashier’s check would come from ME, the check you’re looking at is directly from my credit union. When I tell him this he then says well it’ll take 3 weeks to process! I called my bank and they laughed! On the check is a validation number that the dealer calls with exact numbers and funds are immediately released! The sales manager then says or I can run your numbers through us! They truly hate when you do your homework before walking in! No thanks Sir!

Salesman was nice and courteous and was helpful which I selected a location that was too far, no fault of the dealership.

Purchased from them! Highly recommend!
