I booked an appointment online and was told to come in at noon, once i arrived i was told the car wouldn’t be delivered until a couple days. waste of time

Vehicle was definitely not sales ready - mismatched tires - 3 were at minimum - missing damage trim - the pictures made that RAV4 look 10 times better then reality - sales person was nice friendly and helpful

I don't leave a lot of reviews, so if it's me leaving one then you must had done a damn good job. Our salesman was Damon. Hands down recommend this person 10/10 and if you're a veteran 13/10. He was personable, helpful, worked really hard to try to get us the best price possible, not only for our new car but our trade in too. I have always hated going to dealerships due to the pressure they put on you to buy. There was absolutely no pressure here. He would go get some quotes, come back presented them to us said let me see what I can do got up got us some even better options. If you go to this dealership ask for Damon, and tell him the person who bought the 2021 white C Class with two last names sent you. Our finance person was named Myron. Also hands down one of the best people I have dealt with when it comes to dealerships. Also very personable. He went even further and tried to get us an even lower price. Mercedes has really put together a great staff lineup. Ohh also no hidden fees.
