Mercedes‑Benz of Boston is a class act. They were incredibly easy to work with, and the price advertised was exactly the price I paid. It was one of the most pleasant car‑buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll certainly be purchasing another vehicle from this organization.

The worse experience! This dealer kept calling me for a week, I finally go an hour out my way to find out they make their own rules. I was pre-approved through my credit union for this vehicle, which I explained through email and a phone call before going there. The sales manager comes over, looks at the check as if it was Monopoly money and states it’s not a cashiers check. Duh! A cashier’s check would come from ME, the check you’re looking at is directly from my credit union. When I tell him this he then says well it’ll take 3 weeks to process! I called my bank and they laughed! On the check is a validation number that the dealer calls with exact numbers and funds are immediately released! The sales manager then says or I can run your numbers through us! They truly hate when you do your homework before walking in! No thanks Sir!

Tried to get me into a 31% interest loan and were extremely aggressive, even told me an auto loan was the only way to build credit and wouldn’t bring down the price of a 10 year old vehicle that was priced $20k over the wholesale.
