Showed up after driving 1 hour and 40 minutes to look at the Ford Expedition Max. When I walked into the dealership, I introduced myself to the salesman that I had been talking to online. He told me he was going to go get the vehicle and bring it around front. I waited about 10 minutes and the sales manager came outside with the salesman and told me the vehicle was not there. Absolutely no communication about the vehicle not being on the lot knowing I was on my way. It’s ok though, found a very good deal at another dealership that day and purchased a Ford Expedition Max Platinum.

Easy to work with

I visited this dealership expecting to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price, but my experience was very different once I got into the numbers. The final price presented included an additional ~$11,000 in fees and add-ons that were not clearly explained upfront. After I questioned it, the price was reduced, but there were still around $7,000 in extra charges remaining. This felt very misleading and not transparent. Buyers should be aware that the price you see may not reflect what you’re actually asked to pay. I recommend taking your time, reviewing every line item carefully, and not feeling pressured to move forward if something doesn’t make sense.
