All of the staff was great to deal with. No pressure to buy. We test drove the Jeep and left for the day. At the end of the day we decided to buy. Financing was easy and because we were from Maine buying in Massachusetts it came with some obstacles. But they met the challenge and delivered the vehicle to us in Maine.

Never made it to the dealership. The morning of the appointment I noticed the price had increased substantially, I emailed the representative inquired and told them I would not be interested at that price. The reply was that the car had sold anyway and wasn't even available. I did notice yesterday the car was still listed and at the original price. What's going on there?

The staff was great. Took a little longer at the dealership than expected. Financial interest rate wasn’t communicated properly and it took quite a while for the guy who processes auto loans to take care of us because it was busy there. They only worked with one bank out of Massachusetts and we are from RI, loan didn’t go thru but they are giving us time to try and get it and holding the van.

The gentleman called me right away and was available to meet at whenever I was available. Very good communication.
