It seems like they have really nice cars. I am a long-distance buyer and to be completely honest I had my eye on a vehicle a bit outside my price range. But I have negotiated in the past and sometimes it goes in my favor and sometimes it doesn’t. Either way is fine but if I don’t ask I can’t get a “yes”. Panelcraft folks reached out to me pretty promptly. I asked a few questions and filled out financing. The first day I talked with them I got a call from someone to talk about payment options. It was a wild first monthly payment as usual. Since I knew I was a bit out of my price range I just thanked her for her time but she said she would ask about lengthening terms and give me a call back. She never called back. A couple days later a different salesman contacted me. He texted with me for an hour, asking all the questions to get info for financing and he even set an appointment for my husband and I to make the 8hr journey. Then ghosted me. Just say we can’t make a deal.

The only thing is they didn't give much of a bargain

I am happy with my purchase. I got a great deal. It did take a few hours to process only because of the financing, but John was understanding and helped me throughout the entire process even afterwards when I had a few questions.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. Only problem was that there was no sunroof and that's a gotta have.

Amazing dealership and staff. Will definitely look to buy from them again
