I received an automated email reply. I stated in my email to them that email was my preferred method of contact and asked specific questions. I asked that they answer these questions in a reply email. I don't like to give my phone number out. After not hearing anything back, aside from the automated reply, I sent 2 more emails asking for a reply. In the last one, I stated that I would leave a review concerning their lack of response. I live 2 hours away from this dealership and didn't/don't want to drive that far only to find out there is something glaringly obviously wrong that I missed or wasn't included in the description or photos. If they wanted my business, they should have responded as I requested.

I purchased the Dodge Viper that Indy Luxury Motorsports had listed on CarGurus. They were very prompt in replying to my messages and answered all questions. They gave a great value on my trade-in too. The Viper was 8 hours away from where I live and the salesperson I worked with, Phil, did an awesome job of describing the car! I made the 8 hour drive and couldn't believe how amazing the car looked when I arrived; better than I could have ever imagined! Everyone at Indy Luxury Motorsports was friendly and professional. I was very disappointed when I went to look at this car, the pictures they have posted are very misleading as the cars convertible top was completely tore up and a mess. The guy was rude when I pointed that out and told me what do you expect for a used car! I expected to see what the pictures showed. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I am very sorry that you were offended by my salesman that showed you our 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible that we recently traded for. We strive to provide excellent customer service every day and it sounds as if we fell short.  However, by no means did we misrepresent the car that you were interested in. The car has 20 high resolution color photos online that are fairly detailed. There are also several pics of the top which if you zoom in, you can see a small tear that is visible. I will say they have a very good and friendly sales associate who are always ready to work with you and schedule their time to accommodate yours. They were patient and friendly. Great Customer service, most especially Chuck Gatti, he's awesome and very patient. Always ask for Chuck anytime you want to have a dealing with Indy Luxury Motorsport.

I did purchase this vehicle and the dealership had good customer service up to the sale but I was disappointed with the not so good service after the purchase. I asked for the second set of keys when I was signing the paperwork for the purchase thinking they would send someone to the other dealership (around the corner pretty much but no more than 5 minutes away) to get them or have someone at the other dealership bring them over. I keep being told that someone was coming with the keys so I waited over 30 minutes before I really go hot. At that point they finally told me that I had to go get them. I had told them that I was taking off early to come fill out the paperwork because I had an important meeting and let them know what time to expect me. Needless to say I was not able to make my appointment because they didn't have both sets of keys ready for me and were not that anxious to get them to me when I asked about them well before I was finish going over the terms and signing paperwork for the financing. Also the vehicle was on empty when I test drove it and took it home (not use to that when showing interest in a vehicle).

I was contacted promptly, then I have been waiting for a price on the additional items I was wanting to purchase with this car. The place was great about offering me to buy the items at their cost but I haven't heard back the last response was we are still working on it and I am not even getting updates as to what is going on. I get the impression they do not want to do business with me. I am already approved to buy and was trying to buy this vehicle. I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to the lengthy response it has taken.

Truck ran and drove fine on my test drive BUT now this is a big but called ahead to let them know I was on my way to look at the truck when I got to there location the truck wasn't there had to wait almost an hour for them to get the truck to there lot when I called them I asked them if the truck had any problems and they told me NO well once the truck got there the hood would not shut compleatly when I opened the hood there was parts of the air filter system just laying under the hood , moveing on to the body when I talked to them asked them if the truck had any rust holes in it and they said no, let's just put it his way I put my hand through the drivers side rocker panel, they won't deal with the average guy so if your like me and ever dollar counts go elsewhere

Went to test drive a Mercedes s550 and left with it. I use Chris who was very informative and easy going. Also was able to grant everything I requested to make the sale happen. But the best overall treatment came when after the car was purchased the car transporter I forget his name had washed the car and noticed and rim leaking air jumped right into car and took to have tire fixed! Even though I left two hours later then expected it would have been even worse to catch a flat on the highway going back home greatly appreciated. Will definitely use again in future.

Flew 2,000 mi. to buy a 2006 Bentley Continental GT Base, just to find that the seller misrepresented the car. Yellowed headlights and lots of plastic discoloration and scratches under the car, after I was promised that the car is in perfect condition. Car wasn't even cleaned, lots on leaves inside the engine of a $53K car. Prior to my flight, I was told that "grill has already been redone"; instead, the same day I showed up, dealer was outside, painting the grill. Moreover, the dealership manager raised his voice at me, since I did not want to complete a sale without receiving the title, as advised by consumer affairs. I was never treated so badly. The company was unprofessional and not at all forthcoming. Stay away!

Bottom line is as a condition of sale you demanded we let you leave with an unassigned title, which is not allowed in Indiana (or any other state that I'm aware of), and we refused.  Your review is an obvious attempt at retribution for your unwarranted perception of wrongdoing but since you took the time to write it, we’ll take the time to address each item in order.  First, the vehicle was in no way misrepresented.  The headlamps are not discolored, they’re tinted, just like in the photos.  The parking block scratches on the underside of the front spoiler are not atypical of 11 ye

Rip off mileage too high for the car my car look better than theirs, why would you put some 20 inch rims on a Cadillac take the value of where the car anytime I give me $3,000 for my car I got to be crazy

We're sorry you felt like your experience here was only worth one star.  The vehicle you came in on had the 20's on it when it was traded to us and were clearly shown in the pictures.  As we discussed, we do have a set of factory wheels that come with the car, as well.  It is three years newer and a model up from yours, we just couldn't get to the $1,500 difference you offered.  We try our best to make every deal happen but sometimes we just can't.  Good luck with your search.

Sent email,no phone call. Parents purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna, come to find out it's junk. Brakes on metal and needs rotors,Heater core leaking ,A/C actuator not functioning right, electric side door and rear hatch barely function. Entire floor board wet from leaking heater core. Check engine light came on within 20 mi. They have gotten no response from dealer on offer to repair. DO NOT BUY WITH OUT DRIVING AT LEAST 50 miles. WASH VEHICLE LOOK FOR DAMAGE. Salesman may pretend to be nice but look out and never buy from any one not offering 30 day 3000 mi. Warranty . Rear door lift was replaced and so was side door hatch . Think fluids were never changed by people who traded it in. Also missing spare tire and hanger . Look elsewhere

This dealership is excellent to work with. I primarily worked with Chris and Moses. Both are very experienced in their industry and very straight-forward about the cars that they have. They have excellent taste as almost every car on the lot catches your eye. I didn't expect to leave with a truck that day but when they showed me exactly what I wanted, it was in my budget, and financing was simple - I was able to! Financing approval took minutes and paperwork took only a couple more. I took my wife in to trade (upgrade) her car within the week. If you are looking for a warranty, they have great options. So, 2 cars in one week. I'm a hobby mechanic and we have about 10 cars at the house. I am always worried about mechanical issues being covered up and I am very leery of dealerships, but with Indy Luxury Motorsports I have found a new comfort in quality auto purchasing. The cars are well taken care of, you won't find a pushy salesperson, and you won't have a more smooth purchasing experience. I'll be back. They have made a customer-for-life.

This was one of my best car buying experiences when dealing with a dealership. Chris Henry was just fantastic. I went onto CarGurus.com to look at some vehicles and I am so glad Indy Luxury Motorsports came up. Chris made my experience easy and not as stressful as I am accustomed to. I showed interest in a vehicle and the dealer did call me the next morning. However, the sales associate/manager that called me wasn't sure it was on the lot (he believed one of the managers was driving it). He told me he would check on it and call me back; which never happened. It's possible the car was sold or spoken for but I would have expected a call back to see if I was interested in another vehicle.

This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. Found the car on Cars.com after 7 months of looking at every site available. It had everything we wanted and was very competitively priced. They let me put a down payment to hold it until I could test drive it since I was driving 4 hrs and couldn't get there til the weekend. Brandon answered every question I had thru email before I even got there. When we did get there, it was all very laid back yet professional. We didn't feel pressured. And even though we were buying one of the lesser priced cars, we weren't treated any differently than if we were buying one of the many luxury vehicles they have on the lot. Brandon was up front about everything and even when there was a slight issue, it was taken care of immediately with a sense of class that most dealerships don't have once they've made the sale and have your money. We would recommend this place no matter how far someone has to go to get there, because if everyone there is like Brandon, you will be treated with dignity and kindness while still getting an amazing car for a good price. So glad we found them!
