Polite and business like

We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.

Very responsive and answered all my questions.

They gave me an extremely low estimate for the trade-in price. They added a lot of fees to the financing. To their defense I have bad credit, but it came very unexpectedly. We had discussed terms that did not match once I was in the finance office.

They are very prompt and courteous. Still working with them on a deal.

Responded promptly but refused to even consider me for the car because I live in Oregon. What??

Paul is a great car salesman. He treated me and my wife with respect and honesty.
