Great experience at dealership! Came in to test drive, drove home in my new car that night! The financing process was smooth and easy and the staff were all so nice and welcoming! The waiting area is comfortable and filled with snacks

Helped me with an insurance dispute, even though I told them up front that I would not be buying a car from them anytime soon.

No Sale. Response to my OTD price request was prompt, but the dealership had zero interest in negotiating. I was comparing two identical vehicles. Piazza's OTD was high. I asked if they were willing to split the difference, and I was told that their original OTD was final but "we appreciate you!". I closed on the other vehicle last week while Piazza's remains on their lot. I appreciate the other dealer.

Salesperson was wonder, transparent and NOT pushy; just a lovely young lady being a true professional. My wife and I both liked her instantly. Car was equally great! Bought it! Done deal!
