"manager of this dealership denied us the car we wanted after already sitting down and working out the details . We were told another couple was looking at it at the same exact time which wasn't true. Our sales guys told us the same thing except he admitted we were first. I'd imagine the other couple didn't inquire about the car with the internet price but the sticker price so we got bumped so they could make more money. The manager was gracious enough to offer a different car that was 4k over our maximum budget so yeah that was nice of him. Did a mention we had an appointment to see this car, drove almost an hour to get there and had my 2 and five year old with me. Horrible experience...never again"
