Mazda dealerships near me (Norfolk, MA)

As I showed up for my appointment a half hour early, they let me know they sold the car to somebody else who just walked in in front of me. Why give me an appointment? Why make me drive 40 miles to Cell it before I arrive?

I made an appointment online for a test drive. Got a confirmation for the test drive, and then got a confirmation the day before for the test drive. I showed up early for the appointment. Talked to the front desk. Hung around for about 30 mins. only to be told “The car was sold to another dealership the day prior.” I doubt they realized that I could hear them when the receptionist was asking all the sales and finance employees where the keys for the car were, and if it was sold. Everyone responded with “no it hasn’t been sold.” or “I don’t know where the keys are.” This was obviously a very bad “bait and switch”, that completely wasted my time. I would have appreciated the honesty if the vehicle was not available, but to get my hopes up, and waste my morning. Great job!
