I told the first person to contact me that I was not sure if we would be making the trip to even see the car. A few days later I got an appointment reminder from them for an appointment I did not set. A few days after that I got voicemail and text from the salesman telling me I was rude for not contacting them to let them know I didn’t want the car and I wasted his time. He was very unprofessional for a salesperson trying to contact a potential buyer. I would not recommend this dealer in any way.

The staff was friendly, transparent and explained the add ons and fees. I asked questions regarding the add-ons and their responses were spot on. I compared #1 Cochran Mazda of Monroeville with 2 other dealerships abd their price, service and transparency is 2nd to none. Highly recommended as a goto for your next vehicle. Definitely be returning for my wife's next car in a couple of years.

It was great unfortunately, it sold before I got back to do anything more than test drive.

Called to inquire about a car that they still had listed for sale. They said it was still there and we were free to come take a look. However, when we arrived the car was not there and had been sold the previous day! The car also had large deep scratches on the side that were not clearly pointed out in the photos.

The salesman was prompt with reaching out and a very nice guy. Only reason the sale didn’t happen is because of the unreasonable fees added onto the price since I was looking to buy from outside the state. The truck was exactly what I was looking for but I wasn’t going to pay unnecessary fees.
