This dealership is off the beaten path, but absolutely worth visiting! I made an appointment online for a test drive. Got a confirmation for the test drive, and then got a confirmation the day before for the test drive. I showed up early for the appointment. Talked to the front desk. Hung around for about 30 mins. only to be told “The car was sold to another dealership the day prior.” I doubt they realized that I could hear them when the receptionist was asking all the sales and finance employees where the keys for the car were, and if it was sold. Everyone responded with “no it hasn’t been sold.” or “I don’t know where the keys are.” This was obviously a very bad “bait and switch”, that completely wasted my time. I would have appreciated the honesty if the vehicle was not available, but to get my hopes up, and waste my morning. Great job!
